Based in Fife, we are a group of professionals from a variety of backgrounds and come together to work on innovative environmental projects, from habitat management and restoration to wildlife/ecological surveys and impact assessments. Currently Noblecastle is involved in projects that utilise a wide range of skill, working with both private and public sectors. Projects involve surveying rare marine grasses on the Tay-Eden Special Protection Area, where our ability to combine engineering skills and access to experienced boat handlers and ecologists allow us to provide a highly effective survey package. Noblecastle prides itself on being able to deliver the complete project and our work adjacent to the Eden Estuary LNR in Spring 2006 is a good example of this. Here we built a bespoke wetland that significantly improved the ecology of the estuary, but located on private ground having worked with both the public and private sector to ensure funding and long term management solutions that delivered for wildlife, public sector agencies and the landowners.
